Maria Giammarco


Maria is a recent graduate with a PhD in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Guelph. Her PhD research focused primarily on the interactions between long-term memory and visual attention. Maria holds a BA in Psychology and Philosophy, and a M.Sc. in Psychology, both from McMaster University.

Maria has worked as an instructor at the University of Guelph and as a Research Consultant with Dialectic Solutions, and is currently a volunteer with Evidence for Democracy. Her research interests include human behaviour, environmental cognition, and science policy, and in her free time she enjoys cooking, travelling, and outdoor activities.
