Matthew Ivanowich

Researcher

Matthew recently received his PhD in Philosophy from Western University. He also holds both an MA in Philosophy and a BA in English and Philosophy from York University. His doctoral research focused on sensory experience, particularly as it relates to the intersection between neuroscience and psychology on the one hand, and traditional philosophy of mind on the other.

Matthew has worked as an instructor at Western University, as a lab associate in Western’s Brain and Mind Institute, and as a research assistant at York University. He has also worked for Elections Canada and Statistics Canada, and his interests include science, politics, and policy.
