Nancy Neil is Manager, Office Operations at the Council of Canadian Academies, and Executive Assistant to the President.

Having joined the Council in April 2005 as the primary administrative support to the young organization, Nancy continued to develop her profession in administration and refined her skills in the areas of finance and office operations.

With a background in administration and event management, Nancy has held senior positions in a number of Canadian hotels where she was primarily responsible for the planning and execution of high-level events. More recently, she served as the Executive Assistant to the Vice-President of Research at the University of Ottawa.
